JOURNEY THROUGH 'CRETE' AT AMMOS
Join us at Ammos as we celebrate a regional journey over four evenings, celebrating the flavours, ingredients and dishes of Greece.
Ammos presents 'Crete' on 9th July 2025.
This five-course menu pays homage to the island’s culinary heart, from the simplicity of dakos with tomatoes and anthotyri, to the festive gamopilafo, a rich rice pilaf layered with lamb, goat, chicken and our house-made staka.
Crete’s cuisine is defined by its generosity, ingredients grown wild and cultivated with care, recipes passed through generations, and dishes that bring people together.
Each dish is thoughtfully paired with wines and spirits (or non-alcoholic alternatives), designed to complement the robust and soulful character of the region.
